1. Parties
The seller is Naing ENK, org. no. 932315610, email kontakt@viafolk.no (“Viafolk”, “we”). The buyer is the private individual who contributes money to a card through viafolk.no (“you”, “contributor”). The person who creates the card is the “organiser” and the person who receives it is the “recipient”.
2. The service
Viafolk delivers a digital group card: a shareable page where several people write greetings and upload photos, and where each person can contribute money. On the delivery date chosen by the organiser, the recipient gets the card, a photo album and a gift card equal to the sum of all contributions. Viafolk is a sale of this product. We do not transfer money between private individuals, and nobody is paid out in cash.
3. Prices and payment
Creating and sharing a card is free.
When you contribute, you pay the contribution plus a service fee of 10% of the contribution, minimum 9 kr. The fee is added on top, so the whole contribution goes to the gift. Example: contribution 150 kr + service fee 15 kr = you pay 165 kr.
The contribution, service fee and total are shown clearly before you confirm payment. You pay with Vipps or a payment card. The contribution and fee are charged when you pay. All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include any VAT.
4. Delivery
The card, photo album and gift card are delivered to the recipient by email on the date and time chosen by the organiser. The organiser can change the date until delivery. Viafolk buys the gift card for the sum of all contributions completed at the time of delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw your contribution and get a full refund, both contribution and service fee, within 14 days of paying, or until the card is delivered to the recipient, whichever comes first.
By paying, you expressly consent to delivery taking place on the date chosen by the organiser, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the card and gift card have been delivered, because the service has then been fully performed. This is stated before you pay.
To withdraw, email kontakt@viafolk.no with the card link and the email address or payment reference you used. The refund goes to the payment method you used.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If the organiser cancels the card before delivery, every contributor gets a full refund, both contribution and service fee, automatically to the payment method they used. Contributors who left an email are notified.
If the recipient has not chosen a gift card within 90 days of delivery, we send a universal gift card for the full amount automatically.
7. Gift cards
The gift card is a Norwegian universal gift card from an established provider. Validity, use and any restrictions follow the issuer’s terms. Viafolk is responsible for delivering the gift card with the correct value.
8. Complaints
If something is wrong with the card, the delivery or the gift card, email kontakt@viafolk.no. Include the card link, what is wrong, and your email address or payment reference. We reply within 5 business days. Your rights follow the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (forbrukerradet.no) for mediation, and then the Consumer Disputes Commission. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Content and liability
You are responsible for the greetings and photos you add, and for having the right to share them. We may remove content that is unlawful or offensive. Card pages are unlisted, but anyone with the link can see them until delivery.

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. Changes apply to cards created after they are published. The version in force when you paid applies to your contribution. Current version: 2026-09-22.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are settled by the ordinary courts of Norway.
